Lo-fi Counterculture is about resistance and liberation. It is my therapeutic release and my voice in the struggle. From the use of brown and black bodies to steal or sell trends to the commercialization of queer identities, this project has given me the space to take back my identity and to redefine what it means to be an artist in today's world. I made it for me and I made it for you. I hope you feel the hunger and hear the gospel that I spill forth.
